This Ordinance imposes regulations on the placement, construction and maintenance of facilities currently within its Rights of Way or to be placed therein at some future time. An applicant must obtain a Rights of Way permit. Permit approval requires a Rights of Way Construction Bond, Engineering Plan, Traffic Control Plan, Safety Plan, Landscape, and Erosion Control Plan. It is required that all work performed in the Rights of Way be inspected for compliance by Rights of Way Division inspectors.
