Objectives To respond to citizen requests for tree related service within ten (10) days. To respond to emergency requests within 24 hours (inspection & work order completed). To inspect 1,800 miles of City streets for tree problems. To perform maintenance on trees along 1,800 miles of City streets as scheduled. To respond to tree removal permits requests, under the 1992 tree ordinance, within 10 days. To perform inspections of new commercial construction, including land disturbance on-sight, and Certificate of Occupancy, within 48 hours of notice.
