Roger D. Bendolph Deputy Director of Code Administration Urban Development Department Mr. Bendolph is a Graduate of the Tuskegee Institute with a B.A. in architectural Science and a Master of Architecture. He has worked for the City of Mobile for the past 20 years. He worked as an Architectural Engineer in Projects Architectural Engineering Section for 15 years and the last 5 years in the Urban Development Department as Deputy Director of Code Administration.
